We have a fascinating lineup that pairs two attorneys who'd
normally take opposing roles in a court of law.

These gentlemen will be meeting in a non-trial setting to
discuss the rights, needs and expectations of employers and
employees with regards to workplace drug testing.

   FEATURING:

--Mike D. Moye (Hanson Bridgett) represents employers in employment
and labor law disputes, including issues of wrongful termination
claims, union organizing and collective bargaining.

--David A. Lowe (Rudy, Exelrod & Zieff) represents employees in
employment matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment,
employee leave, wage, severance and equity.

   KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!

-- Are your lifestyle choices your employer's business?

-- How do personal habits affect job performance? What are
      employer liability issues?

-- How do medical marijuana laws and recent court rulings
      affect drug testing practices?

-- Bring your personal experiences and questions, and
      join the conversation!

   WHAT IS LUNCHTIME LIBERTIES?

Independent Arts & Media is excited to debut a monthly dialog
series at the new CounterPULSE space in San Francisco. It's called
"Lunchtime Liberties," a participatory forum for learning about --
and defending -- your civil rights.

Every third Thursday we'll be featuring a different guest speaker
on diverse issues of liberty and freedom in wartime America. Bring
your brown-bag lunch and a handful of burning questions, and join
   the conversation!
