Dear Expo folks ... here's some info on an event coming up this 
weekend that all you independent-minded artists,musicians, culture 
workers and the like might be interested in ... a Bay Area confab 
with the intent of increasing local self-reliance, economic 
independence and cultural/civic participation. Check it out and tell
